Four hours extra a week doesn't sound like much, but when your looking to escape the endless repeating cycle that is your current living arrangement, it sounds like heaven. With more hours, comes more money, more experience and soon more moving. Yes, indeed a home of my own is very much a necessity, and slowly but surely it's becoming more of a reality. My boss has pushed for this, and has made it happen. He has saved my sanity.
